A straightforward starting point for using Medislo
These working terms describe the limited, education-only role of Medislo. They are a starter draft for professional legal review, not final legal advice or a substitute for the terms of a provider you may visit later.
1. The service we provide
Medislo provides general information about online-care processes and questions visitors may wish to ask a provider. The site is independent, based in the UK, and initially written for a US audience. It is not a clinic, pharmacy, insurer, emergency service, or medical advice service.
2. No medical advice or provider relationship
Content on Medislo does not diagnose a condition, recommend a drug or treatment, decide whether someone is eligible for care, or promise a health outcome. Reading this site or sending a partnership enquiry does not create a clinician-patient relationship, a provider relationship, or ongoing support from Medislo.
3. Not for emergencies
Do not use Medislo for an emergency or urgent medical concern. Contact your local emergency service, attend the nearest emergency department, or speak with a qualified local clinician as appropriate. Medislo does not monitor messages for clinical urgency.
4. Provider websites are separate
The online hair-loss consultation guide identifies one optional referral link to Happy Head. If you continue through it, you leave Medislo for Happy Head's own site. Its questionnaire, clinician review, consultation, records, communications, fees, and follow-up take place under Happy Head's own terms and privacy notice. Medislo may receive compensation if you continue through the link. Medislo does not control or guarantee a provider's service, availability, licensing, eligibility decisions, clinical decisions, or outcomes.
5. Prices, decisions, and outcomes
Medislo does not set, quote, compare, or guarantee consultation or treatment costs. Any costs, eligibility decisions, treatment choices, risks, alternatives, and expected follow-up should be discussed directly with the provider. Information on this site is general and may not fit an individual situation.
6. Current referral disclosure
The online hair-loss consultation guide currently contains one optional, clearly identified referral link to Happy Head. Medislo may receive compensation if a visitor continues through that link. This commercial relationship does not turn Medislo into a healthcare provider, and Medislo's education-first standards remain separate from Happy Head's clinical service. Any other provider relationship would be identified separately before a visitor continues.
7. Acceptable use
- Use the site lawfully and for personal education or legitimate partnership communication.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, impersonate, or misuse the site or its contact route.
- Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medication, insurance, or other health information through Medislo forms.
- Do not treat general educational content as a personal clinical instruction.
8. Content and intellectual property
Medislo and its original text, visual identity, and page design belong to their respective rights holders. Visitors may read and share links for personal or informational use, but should not copy, republish, sell, or present Medislo content as their own without permission.
9. Questions
For questions about a partnership or a non-medical message, use the Medislo contact page. The final terms should add the responsible legal entity, contact address, governing law, and any required limitation or dispute language after review.
